Terms
The rules, in English.
- Approval
- The program is invite-after-apply. We can decline without a long explanation. Codes are personal and not transferable.
- Attribution
- The unique Dodo checkout code is the only tracker. Last-click cookies and ?ref= links are not used. The customer must enter the code at checkout.
- Commission
- You earn 30% of what RankBull actually collects after the 10% code, excluding tax and payment-processor fees we cannot recover. Hosted plans pay on each successful renewal. The lifetime licence pays once.
- Duration
- For a given customer, commission lasts as long as they keep a paying hosted subscription that was opened with your code. If they cancel and later resubscribe without the code, that is a new sale and is not yours.
- What does not pay
- AppSumo, Gumroad, and other marketplace codes. Free scans. Self-referrals (buying RankBull with your own code). Fraud, incentivized fake checkouts, trademark bidding on "RankBull".
- Payouts
- Monthly in arrears, via Wise or PayPal, after the customer's payment has cleared. Refunds and chargebacks reverse that commission. If a month nets under $20 we roll it forward. Questions: ahmed@rankbull.io.
- Conduct
- No spam. No pretending to be RankBull support. No coupon farms that strip context. We will kill a code that burns the brand; trailing commission on clean prior customers still pays unless the sale itself was fraud.
- Changes
- We can change these terms for new referred customers. Customers already attributed to you stay at 30% of net collected unless we are shutting the program down, in which case we will keep paying on existing attributed subs through the then-current paid period.
- Relationship
- You are an independent contractor, not an employee or partner. You are responsible for your own taxes. Joining the WhatsApp group is optional and not a condition of getting paid.
- WhatsApp group
- Optional chat for everyone with a code (or about to get one). Not a condition of getting paid. Join the WhatsApp group
