Ahmed Gagan is an indie app developer and the founder of RankBull. His one-line bio at ahmedgagan.in reads simply: "i make apps" — and the track record backs it up: around ten shipped products across Mac apps, iOS apps, developer boilerplates, and SaaS, with one acquisition.
RankBull came out of his own problem. Every product he shipped needed the same thing — people finding it — and increasingly that starts with an AI assistant naming a product when a buyer asks. The tools for that all charged monthly, metered usage, and held his data. So he built the opposite: RankBull is sold once, installs onto the buyer's own infrastructure, runs on the buyer's own API keys, and keeps working either way.
